TERMS OF USE:
A. General:
1. Free Listings are limited to Baguio business or businesses containing a valid Baguio
street address and/or telephone number;
2. Those who do not fall under A.1 above may apply for a free listing, and, at the 
discretion of www.gobaguio.com, may still be included in the listing or may be
asked to apply for a paid listing instead.
B. Definition of Terms:
1. �Subscriber� is the person or entity who submitted the information to the
website for inclusion in the Business Directory;
2. �Website� is the Go Baguio! website (www.gobaguio.com), designed & maintained
by the Go Baguio! webmaster;
3. �Business Directory� are those pages in the Website that contain Business
Information and/or Advertisements;
4. �Listing� is the information submitted by the Subscriber to the Website and
published in the latter�s pages containing the following for publication:
a. Business Name; 
b. Baguio Street Address and/or Telephone Number (Baguio landline or cellular);
c. Category (should no category be selected, the Default Category shall be
�Miscellaneous Business & Services�).
C. Procedure:
1. Subscriber shall fill out online request form that will be automatically
emailed to Website;
2. Website will publish the Listing in the appropriate category in alphabetical
order during the next scheduled upload and reserves the right to include
telephone country code and local area code prefixes in the Business Directory
based on the street address of the Listing;
3. Subscriber should check Website periodically to determine the accuracy of the
published Listing and should contact Website to update, correct or remove any and
all information contained therein. 
D.� Usage:
1. Website shall publish and maintain the Listing for free for such period of
time as, at its discretion, this service being offered to the general public and
may remove any and all Listings at anytime;
2. Subscriber warrants that the Listing information is accurate, and he shall be
responsible for contacting the Website in order to update, correct or remove the
information contained therein;
3. Website shall not be held liable by the subscriber for any errors in the
Listing or for the non-inclusion, delay or removal of the Listing;
4. Website shall not publish incomplete Listings or those that it believes are
false, malicious or inaccurate, or those who do not contain Baguio addresses
or landlines;
5. Listings that contain information that is incomplete or that do not contain a
valid email and contact person name (for verification purposes, if necessary)
shall not be published for inclusion in the Business Directory;
6. Should Subscriber expand his listing through a paid service, the free Listing
information shall be removed and the paid service information shall replace it in
the Business Directory.
7. Should there be more than one (1) Listing submitted for the same business
name, the latter Listing shall replace the first; 
8. Website may, at its discretion, publish any and all information in the
Business Directory in other Website pages, may offer it for publication offline,
or may cause its pages to be downloaded (copied from the internet) 
9. Website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, or remove the
free service without notice to the Subscriber.
