3rd Baguio PAGASA Workshop of Hope, aims to empower
individuals as agents of positive change in society, for a better
life, city and country.
This two-day intensive will be facilitated by Nicanor Perlas and
members of the PAGASA Core group. Betania Retreat House,
Navy Road, 8:30am to 7:00pm.

May 14-17
1st National Table Tennis Tournament, organized by the Baguio
Table Tennis League will be held at the Baguio Convention Center
from May 14-17, 2008.
This event aims to increase the Filipino's skill in the sport, be a
learning experience for professionals and amateurs and foster
camaraderie among enthusiasts. Direct beneficiaries of this
project will be the coaches and players of the Cordilleras, to be
able to raise the standards of the game in the region through
the use of proper techniques and equipment coupled with the
correct attitude towards playing and enjoying the sport.
